We started by helping families settle into a new country, and grew into a full market-entry partner without ever stepping away from that original work. That's the actual shape of how this company grew, and it's why the two halves of this site, companies and families, exist side by side.
One Touch Relocation Services started in Bangalore as a destination-services firm, doing the practical, unglamorous work of getting a relocating employee and their family through house-hunting, school admissions, FRRO registration, and the dozen small logistics of actually living somewhere new.
Doing that well, over and over, for companies as different as Airbus and a two-person satellite office, taught us something useful: the operational know-how it takes to get one family settled is close to the same know-how it takes to get an entire office off the ground. Knowing how Indian leases actually work, which vendors show up when they say they will, and how long a registration really takes isn't a side skill to market entry. It's a core part of it.
So the business grew toward office setup and full market-entry consulting, for GCCs, manufacturing facilities, R&D centres, and every other kind of office, without ever dropping the original relocation work. Today the same team that negotiates an office lease for a large multinational also finds a school for a new hire's daughter, because to us those have always been the same job, done at different scales.
In recent years, relocating executives and employees for multinational companies has become the larger share of what we do day to day, with office setup running alongside it rather than ahead of it. We're relocation specialists, not a moving company: we manage the home search, the visa, and the school ourselves, and when the physical move itself needs doing, we bring in trusted, vetted partners to handle it under our watch, rather than stepping back and leaving you to coordinate it.
Most firms in this space specialise in one half, either corporate market entry or individual relocation, and hand you off to a partner firm for the other. We don't, because we were never two businesses to begin with. A single point of contact runs both, which is the whole reason a lease decision, a hiring plan, and a family's school search can stay in sync instead of drifting apart across three vendors.
That accountability is the actual product. Anyone can hand you a list of vendors. What's harder, and what fourteen years in this market has taught us, is knowing which vendor to call, when to call them, and how to keep a dozen moving parts pointed at the same deadline without you having to manage any of it yourself.
To be part of the world-class destination-service providers in the relocation industry, and to provide excellent solutions with genuine professionalism, delivered in a friendly atmosphere.
Raj has been doing this for years. Before starting One Touch, he worked as Facilities Manager at Lloyds Bank, where he set up the bank's Indian operations from the ground up, the leases, the vendors, the compliance, the hundred small decisions that go into standing up a serious office in a country the business hadn't operated in before.
That's the same job he does now, just no longer for one employer. He started One Touch on the back of that experience and has been running it with his team ever since, and he's still the first point of contact for most new engagements, whether it's a company planning an office or a family planning a move. Clients tend to notice the same thing we did working alongside him: he's seen this from the inside, as the person who had to make the office work, not just the person selling the service.
Runs the engagements once they're underway, keeping the agreed plan and timeline on track from the first milestone to the last. Day to day, he's the one keeping teams, vendors, and deadlines aligned so nothing slips between handovers.

tanya@onetouchrelocation.comBangalore, Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Pune, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, and Kochi: eight cities where we've actually signed leases, registered FRRO applications, and walked a family through their first week, not just cities we'd be willing to fly to. In other parts of India, our partner network extends that same support further.
Each of the companies below has trusted us with part of their India journey, an executive's relocation, a visa, an office launch, or all three. The scope has varied by company; the accountability hasn't.

Raj is the first point of contact for new conversations. Tell us a little about what you're planning and we'll loop in the right person from there.
