Import & Export

Import & export, built alongside everything else we do in India

Alongside relocation and office setup, we support companies moving goods in and out of India: spices, raw materials, and finished items among them. This is a newer part of our business and we're upfront about that. We've handled a number of smaller shipments for existing clients, and we're actively building this into a larger, more established service over the coming year, with the same sourcing relationships and on-the-ground presence that already support our relocation and office setup work.

Sourcing

Sourcing & supplier coordination

We help identify and coordinate with suppliers in India for goods including spices, agricultural products, and manufactured items, drawing on the same local networks we use for office setup and vendor sourcing.

Documentation

Documentation & compliance

Support with the paperwork an import or export shipment needs: commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and the regulatory approvals specific to the category of goods involved.

Customs

Customs clearance

Coordination with customs agents and freight forwarders to keep a shipment moving through clearance without unnecessary delays, for both inbound and outbound consignments.

Logistics

Logistics & freight coordination

We work with trusted freight and logistics partners to arrange transport by sea, air, or road, matched to the shipment size, timeline, and budget.

Where this is headed

An honest word on where we are

We're a relocation and market-entry company first, and import & export is a service we're growing deliberately rather than overselling. We've run smaller shipments for clients who asked us to, and we're expanding this capability through the coming year. If you're exploring import or export of spices, materials, or goods into or out of India, we're happy to have that conversation directly rather than point you to a case study we don't have yet.
